Refund & Cancellation Policy

3G Leads Marketing Agency sells digital products and services — there is nothing physical to return. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for each type of purchase.
Subscription & Recurring Products
This covers monthly and recurring products such as County Feed refreshes, business records refreshes, and done-for-you service tiers (Core Agent, Social Studio, Lead Engine, Full-Time Operator, Ultimate). There is no long-term contract — you can cancel at any time by contacting us. Cancelling stops the next billing cycle; access continues through the end of the period you already paid for. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a current billing period.
One-Time Data & Records Products
This covers one-time purchases such as a County Feed county pull or a Business Leads Records file. Because these are digital files delivered privately to you and are immediately usable upon delivery, one-time records purchases are non-refundable once the file has been sent. If a file was pulled or delivered in error, or does not match what you ordered, contact us within 7 days and we will correct it or issue a refund.
Built Deliverables (Sites, Funnels, Automations, Content)
This covers one-time project work such as a website, funnel, automation, video, or other custom deliverable. If you cancel before work has started, we will refund your payment in full. Once work has started, we will refund the portion of work not yet delivered; amounts for work already completed are non-refundable. Once a deliverable is completed and delivered to you, the purchase is final.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, the wrong amount, or a charge after you cancelled — contact us within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate and correct it promptly.
How to Request a Refund or Cancel
Contact us by phone, text, or email using the details below with your name, the product or service purchased, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
