These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://3gleads.com and any product or service purchased through it, operated by 3G Leads Marketing Agency ("3G Leads," "we," "us"). By using our site or purchasing a product or service, you agree to these Terms.
Who We Are
3G Leads Marketing Agency is a marketing agency providing lead generation, marketing automation, AI phone answering, website and funnel builds, content production, and skip-traced property and business records products, described on our Services & Pricing and Records pages.
Use of Our Services
You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order or contacting us, and to use our services, and any data or records we deliver, in accordance with applicable law — including telemarketing, do-not-call, and data protection rules in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for how you use any leads, records, or content we provide.
Orders, Pricing & Payment
Products are either one-time (built or delivered once, yours to keep) or recurring/subscription (billed on the cadence shown at checkout — monthly, or every 15 days for done-for-you service tiers) until cancelled. Prices are as listed on the site at the time of purchase and are subject to change for future orders. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor; by purchasing, you also agree to that processor's terms.
Cancellations
Subscription and recurring products can be cancelled at any time — there is no long-term contract. Cancelling stops future billing; access and delivery continue through the end of the period already paid for. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on refunds.
Data & Records Products
Our records products (such as County Feed and Business Leads Records) are sourced from public county and state government records and third-party skip-tracing providers. We work to keep this data accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that every record, phone number, or address is complete, current, or error-free, and we are not liable for outcomes from your use of that data.
Custom Work & Deliverables
For built deliverables (websites, funnels, automations, video, and similar), specific scope, timelines, and revisions will be confirmed with you before work begins, whether by order confirmation, proposal, or a separate signed agreement. Once a deliverable is completed and delivered, it is yours to use as described at the time of purchase.
Intellectual Property
Our site content, branding, and materials are owned by 3G Leads Marketing Agency and may not be copied or reused without permission. Deliverables we build specifically for you (sites, funnels, creative assets) become yours upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Acceptable Use
You may not use our site or services for any unlawful purpose, to harass or defraud others, or to violate the rights of any third party, including through misuse of records or contact data we provide.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3G Leads Marketing Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site, services, or the data we deliver. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by the law of your jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our site or services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
